Our Outdoor Areas

Fresh air and vigorous activity are essential for children's wellbeing and fitness. Each of the play areas at our Tottington nursery have been landscaped with all-weather surfaces to create safe, natural and fun environments for the children to learn and play in. We have a wide variety of features such as climbing frames, mounds, tunnels, slides and shelters. Various activity panels are located throughout the outdoor areas for the children to investigate and enjoy.

As well as providing endless possibilities for exploration, outdoors is also an excellent place to express different feelings and emotions with places to be quiet, relax and daydream. Outdoor play is an important part of every child's day and whatever the weather the children get plenty of fresh air.
